I worked - at a distance! - with craftsman Colin Beech who made the carving in solid silver. With faxed drawings of detail such as cutting facets and applying texture, I directed his gravure to cut as my pencil had drawn from life. Thus together, we interpretated and translated my drawings into solid sculpted metal.
As designer and craftsman, we grew in partnership until this osprey was ready for casting.
